Order Processing Times

All production pieces are made to order. Lead times on all products are 10-16 business days. You will be notified when your order ships. Shipping times vary.

Custom Order timelines will be established on a personal basis with the customer according to the specific details of the project. 

Shipping Locations and Options

We presently only ship to the continental United States for both production and custom design orders. Due to the nature of the products we create, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping options for custom furniture may require a freight carrier. Details of freight costs may not be available at the time of order due to the unknown weight of your custom project

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs will follow current UPS shipping rates for the region in which you live.

Promotions including free shipping do not apply to expedited shipping options such as Second-Day or Next-Day Air, when selecting delivery options.

Deliveries to more remote areas may not be eligible for free shipping, regardless of promotional applicability.

Local Delivery Options

Local Delivery is an option only for custom orders within 100 miles of the Amargosa Studio facilities. Charges apply.

Local Pick up is an option only for custom orders. You assume full responsibility of your custom made product as soon as it leaves our premises.

Order Tracking Details

You will be provided with order confirmation upon completion. Tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. Contact our customer support with concerns.
